Project in Munich published in DAS HAUS magazine

The modern living room arrangement in the urban apartment captivates with its two-tone wall coloring – white combined with delicate mint green, where a comfortable modular sofa in warm, cognac-colored natural leather serves as the dominant feature. The design maximizes natural light through large windows, while the light wooden coffee table and TV cabinet create a cohesive composition with other furnishing elements. The whole is complemented by a professional audio system and carefully selected potted plants, which bring life to the interior and harmoniously connect the living space with the view outside.

The apartment kitchen impresses with its minimalist cabinetry in deep graphite color, broken up by a light marble peninsula and wooden accents in the form of shelves and flooring. The spacious interior gains lightness through its open plan and large windows that provide optimal lighting, while industrial pendant lamps and elegant bar stools by the island complete the space. Fresh herbs and potted plants placed on wooden shelves introduce a natural element to the interior, enlivening the minimalist arrangement and creating a cozy atmosphere.

The bathroom features a harmonious combination of modern elements – black fixtures and shower enclosure profiles with light, large-format tiles in neutral tones. The spacious shower enclosure with transparent glass panels and an elegant countertop sink on a wooden cabinet create a cohesive composition, emphasized by a black ladder radiator and a round mirror. The entire arrangement is maintained in a subdued color palette, where black details contrast with the light background, creating an interior of timeless elegance.

In this circulation space, a minimalist, coherent composition based on white and natural wood has been applied, where simple, functional furniture in the form of a spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers play key roles. The well-thought-out interior layout is highlighted by carefully selected details, such as an industrial coat rack with a wooden shelf and a gray rug, which warm up the space without disturbing its minimalist character. The light-colored walls combined with oak flooring and a live potted plant create a harmonious whole, while the ajar bathroom door revealing gray patterned wallpaper adds depth and an intriguing visual accent.

This dining room delights with a harmonious blend of Scandinavian elegance and modern accents, where an oval oak table accompanied by cognac-colored chairs creates a cozy meeting zone. Two-tone walls with a characteristic stripe in a subdued gray-green shade and a trio of posters in light frames give the interior a sophisticated character, while large windows provide optimal lighting to the space. The whole is completed by carefully chosen accessories: a modern geometric pendant lamp and live plants that introduce a natural, organic element to the interior.
